The statement notes that at 5.0 feet water is about two feet over portions of Four Oaks Ranch Road and that the stage at 9:15 PM CDT Friday was 4.0 feet. Forecasts say the river is expected to fall below flood stage Sunday morning and continue falling to 3.9 feet Wednesday evening. Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
