The Flood Watch indicates that flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. Heavy rainfall of 2-4 inches has already fallen over the last 24 hours, and additional rainfall over saturated grounds could lead to runoff and flooding concerns.
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Residents should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
