The warning affects the areas of Dalhart, Ware, and Conlen. At 9:48PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Ware to 10 miles southwest of Dalhart to 6 miles northwest of Hartley, moving north at 25 mph.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warning indicates that the affected areas may experience hazardous weather conditions. These storms could produce 60 mph wind gusts, which may lead to minor damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
