Mario Craver a wide receiver had a standout junior season, earning FWAA All-America Second Team honors and being recognized as a Biletnikoff Award semifinalist. His impressive performance included ranking sixth in the SEC with 917 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
Marcus Ratcliffe a safety finished seventh among SEC safeties with 65 tackles in 2026. His defensive prowess was highlighted by a season-high eight tackles against Notre Dame and Mississippi State. According to Pro Football Focus Ratcliffe earned an 80.3 defensive grade, ranking sixth among SEC safeties.
Wilkin Formby an offensive lineman and graduate transfer from Alabama enters the season ranked No. 4 among offensive tackle newcomers. His impressive 2026 season included appearing in all 15 games with 14 starts for the Crimson Tide and being flagged just twice across 816 snaps. Formby ranked third among SEC offensive linemen with an 82.1 pass-blocking grade.
Ray Coney a linebacker joined Texas A&M after a standout season at Tulsa where he started all 12 games and served as a team captain. He led the Golden Hurricane with a career-high 129 tackles, which paced the American Conference and ranked in the top 10 nationally. Coney also led Tulsa with 7.0 tackles for loss and added 2.0 sacks, earning First Team All-Conference honors.
The Second-Team Standouts
Four additional Texas A&M athletes have been named to the second team demonstrating their significant contributions to the team. Mark Nabou Jr. an offensive lineman returns for his graduate season after starting 12 games in 2026. He helped anchor an offensive line that ranked third nationally in tackles for loss allowed and ninth in fourth-down conversion percentage.
Rueben Owens II a running back led the Aggies with 639 rushing yards on 119 carries and five touchdowns in 2026. His performance included two 100-plus yard rushing games against Mississippi State and Missouri.
Rickey Gibson III a cornerback transferred to Texas A&M after three seasons at Tennessee where he appeared in 26 career games with 14 starts. His breakout sophomore season in 2026 included 32 tackles, two tackles for loss, five pass breakups, and one forced fumble across 12 starts.
Anto Saka a defensive end and graduate transfer from Northwestern has appeared in 33 career games with 11 starts. In 2026, he started all 11 games he played, recording 30 pressures across 196 pass-rush snaps and totaling 4.0 sacks over a three-game span. According to Pro Football Focus Saka earned an 84.1 pass-rush grade, ranking seventh in the Big Ten among players with at least 175 pass-rush snaps.
