He has helped produce eight top-10 classes nationally and six in the top five. In his first full recruiting cycle at Texas, he secured the nation’s No. 1 recruiting class according to both Baseball America and Perfect Game.
Cain’s ability to recruit and develop future MLB Draft picks is well-documented. He has been involved with 20 top-three round picks in the last decade, including four first-round selections over the last three years: Dylan CrewsTy FloydBraden Montgomeryand Jace LaViolette.
Texas A&M’s Strategic Hire
